We service all customers, both domestic and small businesses in the Upper Highway Area.
We started off as a home-based laundry in 2017, whereby we started to service businesses locally with a pick up & drop off laundry service. Most customers were blown away with the customer service and the quality of workmanship, that our small business started to grow.
We then grew into retail space in 2018, however decided best before lockdown 2020 to go back to home based. By this time we had a following of domestic customers and serviced many small business in the Upper Highway area, like your fine dining restaurants, Salons, Bed & Breakfast Establishments, Churches and Schools and the list goes on. After COVID-19 affected our economy, we were fortunate to have moved back to home-based laundry. This allows us hands on with our business, during these scary times and provides our customers a safe, sanitized and homey environment. We have many business customers that prefer our superb customer service and quality of our services no matter where we operate from, which was also a determining factor in keeping our costs controlled and quality output of exceptional standards.
We focus on offering our services to businesses that are in need of laundry services and domestic customers that have busy lifestyles to be burdened with “laundry day”. We value all our customers support and believe in offering competitive pricing, quality workmanship and exceptional customer service, this is why they become loyal customers and part of our family. Yes, I have been involved in a few industries throughout my career. The most rewarding of my career is my customer service interaction. I enjoy people and mostly enjoy building relationships with customers that will eventually learn to trust my word and know that I will always give them the best capable result.
If I am not happy with the result neither will my customer be, this is how you know you will get back quality results. In 2017 I decided that it was time to become my own boss. When I chose to start my own small business, I trusted that my customer would associate me with my brand.
I am very passionate about customer service; and am very involved with the operations of my business, of course very hands on in every aspect of my business. My customers know that I will go out of my way to keep them happy with service and quality workmanship. Laundry is a tricky business, but a happy customer is the best business I could hope for.
